Krista is uplifting and radiant. Her classes are playful, challenging and filled with creative sequencing and yoga beats.
"My goal is to provide a safe environment to gain confidence and tools to show up BIG in your daily life. I have been an event designer since 2000, a yoga studio owner since 2007, and a lululemon Ambassador since 2013. I enjoy music, paddle boarding, gardening, travel, and courageous conversation. My greatest teachers have been my students and life's journey.

Teri Lynn Honeysuckle

Teri is encouraging, soulful, and funny.

My motto is everything is exactly perfect! I am a full-time yoga instructor and a mom of two teenagers. I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

I've trained with Baron Baptiste, Stacy Dockins, Philip Urso, Deborah Williamson. I am 500RYT, Certified Baptiste Teacher, Live Love Teach Affiliate Teacher, & certified Yoga Body Bootcamp Instructor.

Lucus DeBuhr

Yoga Teacher + Massage Therapist

Lucus is dedicated to tuning into and trusting intuition. He feels that through the process of tuning in it is possible to follow guidance from within to bring the body into a state of great health. He encourages students in his classes to follow their own consciousness, and to witness the clarity that accompanies focus. His other key message is to strive to share experiences of joy with others. He views every instant of joy, no matter how insignificant it may seem, as something to be shared. He feels grateful to encourage others to find their own voice and to nurture it. Laura Timby

I have been a practitioner of Yoga on and off for the past 40 years. Three years ago I went to Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health and received my 200hr RYT. This was an enlightening experience and it renewed my commitment to my own practice and to sharing the benefits of yoga with others. Although I am now retired from my career as a Registered Nurse and Health Professions Teacher, I am dedicated to creating health and wellness through the practice of yoga, in my own life and the lives of my students. As a lifelong naturalist, I am fortunate to live on the Buffalo National River and spend many hours each year hiking and canoeing its length, often joined by my family. Much of my spare time is spent gardening, bird watching and working on current conservation issues that threaten our natural environment.
